The world is a goddamn mess, and we are all facing an uncertain future in what may be the ruins of a once-great age. But listen, my babies - skeleton man is gonna strum that guitar and play you a tune. Sit down and let the weight of the world fall off your shoulders for a little while. You can pick the world back up later.

In the meantime, Aaron and Matt have a certified pod-banger for you, covering a wealth of topics, some of which might even be video games! Did you know Hyper Light Drifter is a goddamn masterpiece? Yeah, it is. Also discussed: High Hopes and Lofty Goals, Switch Preorders, geography lessons, not finishing things, Yung Peezy, belligerent disinterest, VR Troopers, sexy Rita Repulsa, fanfiction corner, Dishonored talk, playing out of order, Commando, Hyper Light Drifter is so good, I wish ReCore was not a mess, BMX xXx, muggles.

Seriously, I'm not a wolf now and it sucks! Let me be a wolf! Let me run free with my lupine brethren in the forests! I'll probably be killed by some asshole hunter or starve or something, but it will all be worth it to feel the wind in my fur and smell all the wonderful smells of the forest, like other wolves and their excrements.

Anyway, we spent most of the time talking about the Switch, but that was toward the end. Before then, we talked about some other games, like Invisible Inc, XCOM 2, DOOM, and Diablo 1. 3? Maybe both, that was Aaron's bag and I didn't listen to his dispatch at all. But you'll like all of it. You always do, and we thank you for that!

I'm sorry for this horrible Bowie cover: it's really bad and it's all Matt's fault

Maybe you want to watch Aaron play a game, or perhaps Paul; maybe you'd prefer Matt? The choice is yours.

EDIT: Hey, fixed the sound file. Now this long-ass podcast is even longer! Oh frabjous day!

Hey, look, don't steal that PSN name. It's a good name and one day it will be my name and you can't have it fuck you fuck you.

Sorry, that got away from me.

Enjoy this late-as-hell episode regarding such lofty topics as bad Best Buy experiences, the royal lineage of Maroon 5, good-ass underwear, so much Dark Souls, so very, very much Dark Souls, The Witness, Inside, PSN IDs of the past and future, and Street Fighter V.

There was some other stuff in there too, but I once again failed to take good notes while it was going on and I'm sure not going to listen through the whole thing now.

Yes, well, sometimes you want to get a podcast out the door but instead you end up with a Destiny stream that happens days after you should have uploaded that podcast that, by the way, doesn't exist. Hey, but Sam's here! And Matty Business! And me, Paul! Y'all want to see some relatively competent Destiny? BUCKLE UP.

Look. I'm not going to pretend that any of this is going to make any sense to you. It doesn't make any sense to me and I recorded the damn thing.

If you ever wondered what would happen if a sleep-deprived Aaron and Paul got in a van and recorded a podcast while driving home, well, your long wait for answers is over. I think we mostly talked about coffee? I can't be sure because I'm afraid to actually go back and listen to it.

The audio quality might not be great, either, but I did my best. We did talk about Deus Ex 3. We tried to discuss Dragon Age at some point but kept getting distracted as all hell.

There is no opening or closing music because I am on my laptop and can't be bothered to track down the songs I wanted to use, or to figure out how to record the audio like I have been doing on my PC. OH WELL.

What's good, Internet? Wait, no, that's someone else's bit. Forget I said it. Forget I said anything.

Paul's back on the podcast, and man, do we ever get off to a rollicking start, with a discussion of the Devil's Mix that smoothly transitions into nudity, running, and fussy babies. It's not all dicks and M&Ms, though, as we also discuss the latest Star Wars film, the relative strengths of the defunct Expanded Universe, Kevin J. Anderson's stink, and, oh yeah, some video games too.

Skyrim, Titanfall 2, Destiny, Persona 4, Persona Q, Patch Adams, the two rules of Destiny, and the Game Blast.

Look, I'm not going to lie to you. We got to talking about stuff we shouldn't have talked about and paid the price in having our podcasting software shut us down. Don't worry though, we saved that audio and stitched it all back together and you wouldn't know it if I didn't tell you. Also most of this episode is Aaron talking about how good Let it Die is.

But fear not, we discuss other things too, things of GRAND IMPORTANCE, such as the turning of My House, Doctor Who, 102 Dalmatians, measuring our ping, Invisible Inc., Black Cyber Weeknd, Swap Sword, Persona 4, Playstation Credit Cards, Destiny, and... probably some other stuff?

Here is the video Aaron mentions. If you intend to play Let it Die, maybe don't watch it and savor the surprise! If you don't, well, check it out! Enjoy our special guest musician! I like the transition so much I'm going to leave the music info out.

Opening song is Back to the Light by Jun Fukuda off of Killer 7's OST, closing track is (probably) Xor Connection by Stephane Picq, off the Commander Blood soundtrack.

It's the hot new viral marketing campaign sweeping the nation. Have you googled the Mummy? I mean really googled it? Got deep in the googs? I know I have, and I am a better man for it.

We're back, after running up against our data cap because we kept making podcasts go too long with another episode that goes on too long, but there was lots to talk about. Things like Aaron playing the Pathologic teaser that was insanely good (and he talks about it for like, a while. It's like twenty minutes. Sorry) but there's other stuff to talk about too, which you can also google:

Noisy piss etiquette, North American Scum, Dubs vs Subs, Mon Ami!, GUTEN TAG, opening the kimono, Wild Things is less sexy than you remember, Starship Troopers, The Animatrix, Let it Die, PSX stuff, and (perhaps most importantly), WINDJAMMERS IS BACK.

Opening song is Back to the Light by Jun Fukuda off of Killer 7's OST, closing track is (probably) Xor Connection by Stephane Picq, off the Commander Blood soundtrack (it wasn't that hard to look it up Paul).

Good lord, has it really been 100 episodes? 100 episodes of total fucking nonsense, and don't you dare think we stopped here!

We got the whole damn crew back together, which basically just means that Aaron is incoherent for a certain amount of time while the rest of us are doing JUST FINE THANK YOU VERY MUCH. No, really, we're peachy-keen.

In spite of our issues, we still managed to talk about a mess of video games, which I totally wrote down while we were talking about but then I deleted what I wrote and well. WELL.

Titanfall 2 we definitely talked about, because we talked spoilers about the campaign, so if you want to avoid that don't listen between the 42 and 48 minute mark. We also talked D&D, which was refreshing! We talked about the Switch, about the Nintendo Classic, about Santa being a power bottom, and about Tyranny. There were probably some others that we discussed but honestly, just listen to the thing, okay? Okay.

Opening theme: "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" by Ol' Dirty Bastard

Closing theme: The Commander Blood credits music. Still haven't been able to find who wrote it or what it's actually called.

Do you all remember that episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation? Picard would have shown you such tenderness. That's literally all I remember about that episode, but I'm fairly certain it was the most important thing to happen maybe in the entire history of that show???

Luckily for you, I remembered to make a list of the games we talked about in no particular order, so good luck following along, suckers!

After a brief lament for our broken country, we talk about Zootopia, Doom, Hitman, Titanfall 2, Gears of War 4, Dishonored, Fallout 4, Hellgate: London (my personal favorite), more Skyrim, and Dark Souls II. How long has it been since we brought up a Souls game anyway? I don't remember. TOO LONG, I SAY.

Literally published this thing while watching my two kids. I'm a fucking expert.
